The information below are useful only for onsite participants of ”2nd Forum for Managing Authorities: Building Administrative Capacity 2021-2027” due to take place on 18 April 2023 at Charlemagne, European Commission building.

  • From the Brussels Airport Zaventem: IC S19 train (stop: Gare de Bruxelles – Schuman). This train travels every 10 minutes. One-way ticket costs 9,30€.
    Duration: 35 min
  • From Brussels Gare Schuman: 3 minutes by walk (300 meters)
    Duration: 3 min
  • From Gare Brussels-Central: metro line 1 or 5 (stop: Schuman).
    Duration: 10 min
  • From Brussels Midi Station: metro line 2 or 6 (stop: Arts-loi), then metro line 1 or 5 (stop: Schuman).
    Duration: 20 min

We kindly ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting, to pass through security and ID check.

To access the venue, you will need to present an identity card or passport and the QR code that you will receive one week before the event. Please make sure you have the QR-code handy when entering the building.
