Deals with the implementation of the Just Transition Fund, focusing on the social, economic and environmental impacts of the transition to a climate-neutral economy.
Formely the Head of Unit responsible for Regional Development Strategy at the Ministry of Regional Development in the Czech Republic. Studied University of Economics in Prague, International Policy and Diplomacy. For several years was working at the Ministry of Labour at the Managing Authority of the European Social Fund and worked for the European commission at DG EMPL. The main achievement so far is the governement approval of the RESTART Strategy for the three restructuring regions with former coal mines, which was prepared by the Ministry of Regional Development and Ministry of Industry and Trade, which comprises and specific programme for revitalisation of brownfields.
