More than 18 years of experience in human resources and organisational management area.
Currently I am the Director of Legal and Human Resources Department inside North East Regional Development Agency in Romania.In 2022 I was the Coordinator of the project: Administrative Capacity Building - Road Map for Managing Authority of North East Regional Programme, inside NE RDA. This was a joint project brought up together with the OECD.
