Graduated with honors in Environmental Engineering at the University of Cagliari, he also obtained the MSc Degree in "Economics and Environmental Management" at the Bocconi University of Milan and the Master degree on "Multilevel Governance: integrated management of public policies" at the Faculty of Law of the University of Cagliari.

Since 2009 he is a technical officer of the Regional Programming Center of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.After a brief experience at the Municipality of Cagliari as technical head, since 2015 he is part of the technical staff of the Managing Authority of Sardegna's Regional OP ERDF 2014-2020.

He is the contact for sustainable development and public procurement, and member of the Technical Secretariate of the Monitoring Committee.Since 2019 he is the supervisor for the start-up of the 2021-2027 programming period and the strategic environmental assessment, as official in charge for RP Sardegna ERDF 2021-2027.

He carries out several study and research activities in the fields of European funds and sustainable development, and now he is a PhD candidate in Architecture and Environment at the University of Sassari.
