Enda Hogan is Head of the EU Programmes Division in the Southern Regional Assembly, one of two ERDF Managing Authorities in Ireland. The Assembly also hosts the National Contact Point for Interreg North West Europe and Interreg Europe, provides a centralised First Level Control service and delivers capacity building for ETC project partners in the Southern Region. Prior to joining the Assembly in 2018, he worked in L&D, business consulting, enterprise support, higher education and tourism.
